≪GENERAL≫

・PROHIBITED: Resale, NFTs, Train IA with the art, unauthorized modifications, or promotional use without paying for it.・ I do not work on weekends, but I accept commissions whenever I am available.・ I reserve the right to refuse any commission.・ Do not use my artwork as if it were your own.・ Do not trace my artwork.・ Do not use any part of my work without my permission.・ Do not claim my art as your own.・ I do not accept content involving offensive material.・ I do not work with clients minors.・ I do not draw minors.・ I do not accept NSFW involving minors or feral characters.・ I do not work with explicit gore.・ While I am being paid to create your commission, it does not entitle you to behave inappropriately. Respect is required at all times.・ Failure to comply with my rules or disrespect the way I work will result in being blocklisted and losing the right to commission me.

≪COMMISSIONS≫

・Before commissioning me, please make sure to check my availability. At times, my waitlist may be full, which means your artwork may have a longer estimated start and delivery time.・I’m an artist who works in a slow and progressive way. That doesn’t mean every commission will take a long time. Some projects can actually be completed quite efficiently and quickly.➤》NOTE: Please respect the delivery timeframe, especially when I, as the artist, inform you that it will not be possible to meet your estimated deadline. There may be a waitlist and other clients’ commissions ahead of YOURS, which can affect delivery time. Please take this into consideration before commissioning me.・ After purchasing your commission, please provide clear references.・ Whenever you send your references, please make sure to carefully separate everything I need to gather in order to properly work on your commission. Sending additional references after I have already started the process may interfere with the overall design and composition, especially if the artwork has already moved past the sketch stage. However, it’s completely okay if you forgot something or missed a detail, clear communication can easily resolve things.・ Please be kind and understanding while the details of the commission are being arranged.・ Please be aware that requesting a large-scale, highly complex commission to be completed in a very short time will be nearly impossible, and the final result may not be as satisfying. And I reserve the right to refuse commissions involving this type of request.・ If you are unsure about the direction of your commission, you may describe the desired mood so I can develop a concept that aligns with your vision.・ If you happen to change your idea for a commission that has already been paid for or is on the waitlist, please do not hesitate to contact me. We can discuss another style or vibe without any problem.・ Changes to a paid commission can only be made if the new version has a higher price or if you simply want to change the vibe of the already paid model.・ If you want to change your commission to another model, for example: you first chose GlazeDream but later decide you want QuietPrism, the change can be made without any problem as long as the commission HAS NOT BEEN PAID YET. If it is still on the waitlist and unpaid, you are free to change it.・Once the artwork is complete, I will deliver it in PNG or JPG format via email.・You have the right to cancel your commission at any time if an unexpected situation arises that genuinely requires immediate cancellation.・ Customers are free to choose whichever communication platform they prefer.・ Discord messages typically receive faster responses, except on weekends.

≪WORKFLOW≫

・ Once your commission has started, I will provide progress updates through each stage:✧ ROUGH SKETCH AFTER BRAINSTORMING > REFINED SKETCH > NEUTRAL COLORS > BASE COLORS > RAW COLOR APPLICATION > FINAL POLISH AND RENDERING.✧・ Revisions can be made throughout the commission process, especially during the rough and clean sketch stages, and they are encouraged so I can work with confidence that the final piece will meet your expectations.・ Once the rendering process begins, changes to colors or structure may be limited. Please inform me as early as possible if you have any concerns.・Please note that starting from the sketch phase, additional changes may incur an extra fee.・ Only changes that significantly alter the overall concept or structure of the piece will have an additional cost starting from the rough sketch stage.・ If the reason for the change after the rough sketch is truly due to my own mistake, no additional fee will be charged.・I will provide updates on your piece whenever possible.・ Should I, as the artist, encounter any circumstances that may delay the progress of your commission, I will ensure you are promptly and courteously informed.

My art style feels like a mix of anime-inspired art and my own unique touch, with some semi-realistic elements. I really enjoy working with clean and simple linework while always putting special emphasis on the stylized expression and personality of each piece I create, no matter the chosen style.➤ All models listed below will feature a minimalist monochromatic background.
➤ If you want to request additional elements to complement the background, a fee will be charged.
➤ If you would like a PNG version of your artwork, a small additional fee will be charged.

↷ Chromatics is an exclusive art model created specifically for Skeb, developed using a limited monochromatic color palette. The client may choose a primary tone, EX: shades of blue ranging from deep navy to soft pastel hues, allowing me to develop the entire piece within that color range, or grant me full artistic freedom to interpret and execute the work according to my artistic vision.・ This model, distinct from Sweety Z, is more complex and requires significantly more production time due to the wide tonal variation demanded in each piece.

≪PAYMENT≫

・ I accept payments via PayPal and Pix.・Payments can be made 100% after the commission details are agreed upon. However, I also accept split payments of 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.
In cases involving waitlist delays, payment may be made only once I start working on the commission.・ Full payment is required upfront for the Sweety Z and Chromatics models.・ An additional fee of 3 USD or 5 BRL applies starting from the rough sketch phase.・If the requested change is relatively large, the additional fee will consequently be higher, depending on the level of complexity involved.・Any commission will have a price that varies depending on the level of complexity required.

Priority commission

⇘+40% of the commission value.
・Your commission will receive priority over others.
・It will be started immediately, ahead of other pieces.

Commercial commission

⇘+120% of commission value
・Allows lifetime use of artwork for advertising, editing and third-party work for the client.
・Credits will still be required.

≪REFUNDS/CANCELLATION≫

・ Once I begin your commission, no refunds will be provided.・ Once the artwork is complete, you will not be able to refuse it. Otherwise, you will need to pay an additional 120% of the commission price.This is because you agreed to my terms.・ I do not tolerate any disrespect if you are unhappy with the final artwork. In that case, you will be immediately added to the blocklist.・ No refund will be issued if the request violates my terms after the work has been agreed upon and payment has been made.・ If you, as the client, disrespect me, the service provider, your commission will be immediately canceled and no refund will be issued.・ In case of any dissatisfaction regarding the requested artwork, I reserve the right to provide a refund. The client agrees that the refund will be considered the final resolution.➤NOTE: Requests for significant revisions during the rendering, polishing, or finalization stage will result in automatic cancellation of the commission, with 90% of the total artwork price refunded. For this reason, please inform me of any concerns before I move on to the more complex stages of the artwork, or you will agree to pay a relatively large fee for the complex adjustment.➤NOTE: If the client is not satisfied with the current version of the artwork and I, as the artist, choose to offer the option to restart the commission from scratch, the client must agree that this will require an additional payment of 30% of the total artwork price.➤NOTE: If I decide to adjust the artwork to a version I am more comfortable working on, and the client agrees, there will be no additional charge.
